I came to Olga Mayayeva in November 2022. I had a terrible experience with another agent and ended up taking the house off the market. Now I had to start all over in the market where the interest rates were rising, no one was buying or selling. I lost a lot of valuable time, but mostly, I now trusted no one and was suspicious of everyone. I interviewed many agents, mostly from major companies. Olga made a great pitch. I zeroed in on a couple of agents, and Olga was one of them.
I asked both of them if they were willing to put a clause in the agreement, for me to be able to walk away if I was not happy. Olga said, absolutely. She put it in writing right away and sent it to me. The other agent did not want to hear of it.
From then on, Olga took over and never stopped. She was literally holding my hand throughout the process. Always available, always picking up the phone, or texting immediately back if not.
Completely transparent, with a lot of integrity at every step. I cannot say enough. She is incredibly knowledgable on every subject that has to do with every aspect of real estate.
I also believe that I got the highest possible price I could in this market.
