But agent also refers to someone with whom you’ve established a formal agency relationship, someone who represents your best interests in a real estate transaction and owes you fiduciary responsibilities. Agency relationships are usually established in writing with buyer agency agreements, and require: loyalty, obedience, disclosure, confidentiality, reasonable care and diligence, accounting.

How Buyers Agent Get Paid?

‘It is important for you to understand there is no charge to you for my services. I get my wages from My Broker, and this money is paid out of a commission that is supplied by the seller for all the people involved in the marketing of the home’.  This puts me into a strong position when I am representing you in all parts of the transaction including the offer presentation’.
